Position: Dynamic Accountant Driving Financial Integrity in Manufacturing Plant
Elevate accounting standards as a key financial partner in a manufacturing plant. Oversee financial reporting, cost analysis, and core transactional processes to ensure operational success and cash flow management.
This critical role involves managing month-end closes, preparing financial statements, and performing variance analyses to enhance decision-making. You will also maintain standard costing systems, oversee billing, collections, and accounts payable processes, and act as a business partner to plant leadership. Your insights will support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining financial integrity across the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage month-end close process and journal entries
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Oversee billing processes and monitor accounts receivable
• Manage accounts payable and vendor relationships
• Ensure inventory accuracy and internal control compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance is required
• 5–10 years progressive accounting experience
• Strong skills in cost and project accounting
• Experience with ERP systems is beneficial
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
