About the Roles
We are actively seeking skilled intermediate and senior accountants to take on a pivotal role in delivering high-quality projects and client engagements, all while ensuring compliance with Australian Accounting Standards. As part of our collaborative consulting team, you’ll engage in a variety of accounting and consulting activities, all while making a real impact on the financial health of clients in the aged care and disability sectors.
Senior Accountant Role
- Act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, leading meetings, presentations, and key projects
- Prepare clear, well-structured client reports in line with the company’s standards
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including general ledger reconciliations, financial statement reviews, and forecasting
- Provide insights into financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Manage and mitigate financial risks for clients through strategic planning and advice
- Oversee client deliverables, ensuring accuracy, compliance with accounting standards
- Support and supervise junior team members while ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met.
Intermediate Accountant Role
- Support our Consulting and Senior Accountants at a range of clients through accounting secondments and projects
- Prepare financial accounts and gain hands-on experience in financial reporting
- Assist clients with regulatory compliance, navigating complex legislation
- Help clients streamline their transaction processes
- Contribute to technical accounting and consulting tasks, building your expertise.
What We’re Looking For
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Business, or Commerce
- Intermediate / Early career: 2–3 years’ in management accounting or strong experience in monthly reporting with an interest or currently completing CA/CPA studies; OR
- Senior / Experienced Accountant with more than 5 years of experience in a senior accounting or financial management role with CA/CPA qualifications
- Experience in consulting or professional services, particularly in the aged care industry, is highly regarded
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while managing multiple projects.
