Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the financial and statutory accounting for the entity assigned.
-Prepare monthly financial reports, such as managing asset accounting, creating journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating year-end financial reports.
-Prepare WIP and provide recommendations on project profitability and cost optimization.
-Monitor trading costs and margins.
-Compute key financial indicators and provide trend analysis of financials.
-Prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
-Monitor cashflow and prepare cashflow statement.
-Liaise with internal and external auditors for filing on time.
-Handle tax matters including the quarterly GST filing and corporate tax.
-Ad-hoc duties assigned and this may include review of policies and procedure.
Who You Are:
-Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications
-At least 3 years of relevant working experience in construction
-Proficient in MS Office applications
-Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
-Meticulous and able to work independently
-Well versed in English
