Position: ACCOUNTANT / BOOKKEEPER
Our client, a fast-paced company in the fruit industry is seeking a skilled Accountant / Bookkeeper to take ownership of all accounting activities up to trial balance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain accounting records and reconciliations (Pastel & QX Prophet)
- Manage debtors, creditors, petty cash, and VAT submissions
- Prepare monthly management reports and support audits
- Assist with cash flow planning, budgeting, and cost calculations
- Handle foreign currency transactions and monitor exchange rate movements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven accounting / bookkeeping experience
- Knowledge of Pastel & QX Prophet (will be an advantage)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
