We are a holding company for a number of operating businesses seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team. If you have a strong grasp of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach, we'd love to hear from you.

Role Description

  • Manage and maintain financial records, and prepare reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate billing and payment processing
  • Handle accounts payables, receivables and reconciliation.
  • Manager tax filings and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Assist in Budget preparation, monitor budgets, and provide cost projections for business decisions
  •  Manage and coordinate procurement activities, including purchasing, contract management, and supplier/vendor relations
  • Negotiate with suppliers/vendors to obtain the best terms and prices for the company
  • Develop procurement strategies and policies to reduce costs and improve efficiency

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting and procurement management
  • Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting software (Zoho Preferred)
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in an interior design or construction firm is a plus.
