EZMA Holding is seeking an experienced Accountant 3 years of experience in finance and accounting. The ideal candidate should have solid exposure to multi-currency transactions, and financial accounting systems.
The role focuses on daily accounting activities, financial control, reconciliations, and reporting support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions in the accounting system (SAP Business 1).
- Process incoming and outgoing payments in multiple currencies in system.
- Reconcile bank, vendor and customer accounts on a regular basis.
- Prepare payment schedules and assist in cash flow monitoring.
- Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation of all transactions.
- Assist in preparing management reports and financial summaries when required.
- Maintain organized financial records and filing systems (digital and physical).
- Support internal and external audit requirements by providing necessary documentation.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances and discrepancies.
- Perform general accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (Accounting graduates preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a relevant field.
- SAP experience is mandatory.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Kurdish is required, Arabic is plus.
