We are currently supporting a well-established and internationally active manufacturing group in their search for an experienced Accountant to join their finance team at their headquarters in Bülach. This is an opportunity offering a mix of on-site and remote work, ideal for professionals looking for flexibility without compromising on responsibility or impact.
Your Role
In this position, you will take ownership of core accounting activities and contribute to the ongoing development of financial processes across the organization:
- Manage full financial accounting, including subsidiary ledgers and VAT reconciliation
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with Swiss GAAP FER and OR
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including dunning and collections
- Handle payment processes and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
- Maintain asset accounting records
- Support monthly cash flow planning
- Drive automation and digitalization initiatives within finance
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training with further specialization in finance/accounting
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role
- Strong SAP knowledge and solid MS Office 365 skills
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); French is a plus
- Structured, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Team player with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
