Our client is a client-focused accounts and tax boutique based in central London, known for delivering tailored financial solutions to a diverse portfolio of SMEs, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals. We are looking for a skilled and commercially minded Management Accountant / senior Accountant to join their growing team.
This is a hands-on role with significant client interaction, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and adding real value beyond compliance. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality management reporting and forward-looking financial insights to support client decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts for a portfolio of clients
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections
- Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Work closely with clients to understand their businesses and support strategic planning
- Assist with year-end processes and liaise with tax and compliance teams
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting systems
About You
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Proven experience in management reporting and financial forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to build client relationships
- Experience working in practice or a multi-client environment is highly desirable
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks) and Excel
