Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable
- Generate invoices and record collections (rent, service charges)
- Maintain and update AR aging reports
Accounts Payable
- Review invoices and verify against PO/contracts
- Process invoices in Oracle / D365
- Coordinate with finance for timely payments
Cash & Bank
- Monitor collections and ensure timely deposits
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
Monthly Accounting
- Prepare accruals and assist in month-end closing
- Review open POs and ensure invoice processing
- Support preparation of OPEX and financial reports
Budgeting & Audit
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Support year-end audit and service charge reconciliation
Routine Tasks
- PO and invoice review
- AR/AP aging reports
- GL monitoring and allocations
