Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining accurate records within the ERP system
Book accruals and ensure all checklist items are recorded at the month end closing
Perform supplier reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies
Record payments efficiently while ensuring compliance with internal financial policies
Handle the bookkeeping of portal expenses and petty cash transactions
Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments
Support with ad hoc administrative and financial requirements as needed
Requirements:
Language: fluent in Tagalog and fluent in English
4+ years of experience in Accounting
A bachelor’s degree in accounting
Strong analytical skills
High attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines
ERP experience (Odoo, Dynamics)
Knowledgeable in maintaining accounting policies and procedures
