We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
• Process ongoing financial accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries.
• Review, account for, and book incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Ensure proper verification and processing of all invoices.
• Perform bookings and reconciliations within DATEV and maintain master data.
• Reconcile accounts and investigate/clarify open items.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
What You'll Need
• Completed commercial training, ideally with further qualification as a Financial Accountant or equivalent experience.
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting.
• Proficient with DATEV and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• A structured, meticulous, and independent approach to work.
• Strong team spirit and reliable communication skills.
