Role Description The Accountant at RGB Productions is responsible for managing daily financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts. This full-time, on-site role in the Riyadh Region includes preparing invoices, tracking accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accurate and timely payments. The Accountant supports budgeting and forecasting activities, prepares financial reports for management, and assists with cash flow monitoring. The role also involves coordinating with external auditors, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies, and recommending improvements to financial processes. The Accountant collaborates closely with the production and operations teams to align financial records with ongoing projects and business activities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in bookkeeping, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Ability to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis to support decision-making.
- Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel) and comfort with digital financial systems.
- Understanding of relevant accounting standards, local regulations, and basic tax concepts.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide clear insights.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in a creative, media, or production environment is an advantage.
