About the role
- Financial Transactions: Record, classify, and verify financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Reconciliation and management of bank accounts, expenses accounts, receivables accounts, payables accounts
- Budget Support: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, and assist with audits and tax filings as needed
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- A Master's degree (e.g., MBA), ACCA or similar IFRS certification is nice to have
- A minimum of 3 years experience in accounting roles
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external contractors and businesses
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail and accuracy in all accounting responsibilities
- Confidentiality is also one of the basic skills required
- Expert knowledge of english
- Knowledge of excel
- Knowledge of financial software and systems (e.g., ERP systems)
