We’re currently hiring an Account Receivable Associate Manager to help us strengthen our finance operations and ensure excellent receivable management across properties.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process, from accurate billing and invoicing to timely payment collection, ensuring adherence to company policies and financial standards
- Monitor, track, and maintain aging balances, identifying overdue accounts and executing effective follow-up strategies to optimize collection performance and minimize bad debts
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (e.g., sales, operations, and property management) to resolve billing discrepancies, reconcile customer accounts, and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
- Manage and supervise the monthly AR closing activities in coordination with the finance and accounting teams, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and deadlines are met
- Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and annual AR reports, including detailed aging reports, collection status updates, and account reconciliations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, and automation to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reporting capability within the AR function
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing supporting documentation and explanations for AR transactions
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior AR team members, offering guidance on process best practices, prioritization, and professional development
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4–5 years of experience in Finance AR; experience in hospitality is a strong plus
- Proven experience managing or mentoring a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
