Job Description:
The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing high-quality service. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and proactive management of client accounts
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs.
- Resolve complaints and prevent issues related to client accounts.
- Build, maintain, and manage relationships with client stakeholders (HR team, Finance team, etc.).
- Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address client concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure client satisfaction at all times.
- Submit, maintain, and track CRM requests.
- Review client account activity reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related fie
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent English language skills.
