About the Role
As an account management Intern, you will work closely with our commercial team to support business growth and customer acquisition initiatives. This internship offers practical exposure to sales operations, client engagement, business development, and strategic partnerships, allowing you to build valuable real-world experience in the fintech industry.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in daily operations and customer engagement.
- Assist with lead generation and prospect research.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Update and maintain CRM records accurately.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Coordinate meetings and follow up with potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commercial initiatives.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, Finance, MIS, or a related field.
- Eligible to participate in a university Cooperative Training or Internship Program.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales, business development, and customer success.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English is preferred.
