New York Life is currently recruiting for the Accelerated Path to Management Program in the Syracuse / DeWitt, NY area.

This is a full-time hybrid opportunity based out of our DeWitt office on Widewaters Parkway. The role includes scheduled weekly in-office work, with some remote work-from-home flexibility.

This next phase is designed to help prepare qualified candidates to recruit, coach, lead, and develop a team of Financial Professionals. Advancement is subject to meeting required standards and receiving the necessary approvals.
