该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1）Support pre-audit planning and perform analyses to ensure that all risks and controls are identified. Assist in developing annual audit program 2）Perform on-site fieldwork and independent evaluation of the Company’s financial, operational and compliance processes and controls and systems to ensure risks are properly managed 3）Ensure all steps of the audit program have been completed, adequate techniques are used to measure transactions and get the facts, work papers are sufficiently documented for the audit conclusions 4）Draft insightful audit recommendations to the business that provides clarity on the issues being raised 5）Assist in the follow-up with the responsible auditee management regarding the scheduled implementation of action plan 6）Maintain and enhance internal control framework (control design, documentation, and testing) aligned with ICFR and company policies 7）Perform risk assessments and periodical control evaluations across all business cycle,
OTC, PTP, RTR, etc. 8）Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency 9）Provide audit support for external audits and miscellaneous enhancement initiatives as needed. 任职要求： 1）6+ years’ experience in audit, preferably in MNC or Public Accounting Firm 2）Knowledge of internal control framework is a must-have 3）Experience with ERP system, SAP preferred 4）Possess good planning skills with a strong capability to execute and achieve results
5）Strong analytical skills 6）Team-oriented working skills and attitudes 7）Be confident & willing to take challenges, smart working, and able to work under pressure with multi-task
